HI AIR Visits honryheatex to Explore HVAC Collaboration

honryheatex welcomed a delegation from HI AIR AIR CONDITIONING CO., LTD. of South Korea to its Nanjing manufacturing facility for technical discussions, a factory tour, and an in-depth review of its heat exchanger and modular chiller solutions.

Technical Discussions Focused on Practical Applications

honryheatex General Manager Xu Wenlong hosted the delegation throughout the visit. The day began with a review of the company’s latest product portfolio and a detailed discussion of operating conditions, energy efficiency, refrigerant compatibility, and customization requirements.

The exchange gave both teams an opportunity to align on technical priorities and explore how honryheatex’s products could support applications in the Korean market and beyond.

A Closer Look at Our Manufacturing Capabilities

During the factory tour, the HI AIR team visited the U-bend tube processing area and observed honryheatex’s precision bending equipment in operation. The discussion covered material selection, bend-radius control, process consistency, and inspection procedures.

The delegation also toured the machining workshop, where sandblasting, grinding, polishing, and surface-finishing operations were underway. The visit demonstrated how process control and shop-floor organization contribute to consistent product quality.
